Went to the Westow when visiting my daughter in Crystal Palace .We couldn't fault the service or the food. The place was very busy due to a sports event. We managed to find a table ordered and food was served in a short time . We had the Chicken burger and a smash beef burger, Nothing exciting in that but the flavour sent it to another place the chicken was served with kimchi and complimented the chicken perfectly. The dressing on the burger was also very good. The chips ! Perfect. An excellent choice of ales wines spirits and soft drinks. All the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. Recommend.

We had such a lovely brunch at Westow House! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive without being over the top, which made the whole experience even better. It’s the perfect spot for a catch-up with friends or a relaxed weekend treat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great brunch in Crystal Palace — we’ll definitely be back!

Very good experience, we will repeat once visiti our family in Croydon, hopefully soon. Colors and design of rooms and public spaces are amazing in all details. Lack of elevator can be tricky for someone that is not fit, but probably it's marked in the description. Even if pub was open and Halloween Party on, zero noise in the room, so very good.

I went to Westow House for lunch this Sunday. The busy, bustling and warm atmosphere was a pleasure to see in January. Everyone had a job to do, but not once were we rushed or ignored. The service was attentive and confident, the food consisted of the best roast I've had in a very long time, and the drinks were delicious. We had all types of roast on the table, the Roast Pork was the winner, but only by a margin. They were all cooked to perfection and the vegetables and sides could have been ordered and enjoyed on their own - they were that good. Especially the cauliflower cheese side. We also indulged in dessert - a few baked banana cheesecakes for the table. I have never been a fan of cheesecake, until now. We had a beautiful Chablis and red with the main, but we ended with cocktails, mine was a Tommy's margarita, and it was the perfect end to an outstanding meal. I would most definitely come again - in fact I plan on it.

We stayed at Westow House for a couple of day, 2 adults and 2 small children. The place is really cozy and well kept, phenomenal staff and service, and we were lucky enough to get the room with view over the complete London skyline. Underrated location too, close to busses and train and massive park, while being a surprisingly quiet area. Food was so good we had almost all meals here. Definitely coming back!

The food here has gone from strength to strength. The current menu is great. We had excellent tacos, cauliflower karaage, fish and chips, and arancini amongst other things. It’s well worth a visit. Stayed at the hotel too - which is pretty good and recommended for visiting the local area.

I truly cannot say enough good things about our stay at Westow House. We spent four fantastic nights there as part of a London trip, and everything was exceptional. The room was small, but cozy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast every morning was fantastic, as were the dinner and drinks we had in the pub on the ground floor. A great location next to a wonderful park, and just a short walk to the train station and bus stops made getting around a breeze. Finally, the manager Isabel did everything possible to make our stay great, including letting us check in at about 11am the morning we arrived when we got through customs much quicker than expected. If we ever make it back to London, I know exactly where we'll be staying.

Incredible roast, I've had it twice now and it's in my top 2 roasts of London. Please put more veggie options on the regular menu though, my partner is veggie and she says there's not enough options, so we don't come as often as i'd like. Keep up the good work!
